Projects

Special projects at Mt. Zion Christian School are things we are trying to do to improve the school beyond just keeping up with where we have been.

We are making a large change in our curriculum with almost all new books for all classes. This project has started already and we have gotten funding for this. Praise to God.

We would like to add some Chromebooks to our collection so that every student can have one available. We were able to obtain 10 Chromebooks from a grant, but that leaves us still needing about 15 which will cost about $1500. If you are interested in this, please contact the school.

This year, we are hoping to paint the walls in the halls. This will have a cost of about $500 if you are interested in funding this project, please let us know.

Another thing we are planning on is breaking the Jr. High up into 3 classes. If we get this to happen, we will need a new touchscreen whiteboard. This brings a cost of about $2500. If you like this plan, please help out.

We have other projects too that are big dreams. Things like a band, splitting the 1st and 2nd-grade classes, some new computers for teachers that will have the newest operating system, a trophy case, and oh so much more. If you like these projects or have others you would like to help with, please contact us and let us know.

To help out, please call Rob Micklinghoff, Principal and he will answer questions you may have. God bless you as you consider sponsoring these special projects. This is God’s school and we know He will provide.
